Anna Layer-Janiga

Anna Layer-Janiga is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising on complex legal issues within the CANPACK Group since January 2013, serving as Legal Counsel. Responsibilities include security reviews, compliance, negotiations on major projects, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and managing legal risks. Additionally, Anna is a Partner at Legal Link, leading the Business Advisory & Compliance legal team while also training others. Furthermore, Anna served on the Bioethical Commission of Jagiellonian University from September 2020 to May 2023. Anna holds multiple degrees from Jagiellonian University, including a Magister in Law, and has completed postgraduate studies in tax advisory at Krakow University of Economics.
