Mark has been a Board Member at the Receivables Management Association of Canada, Inc. since May 2018, fulfilling the role of Chair of the Conference Committee. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Marketing Officer at SHOP.CA from January 2012 to May 2016 and Vice President of Business Development/Marketing for Swiss Chalet at Cara Operations from 2008 to January 2012. Additionally, Mark has held various marketing leadership roles at Rogers Communications, TELUS Communications, and TAXI - Clearnet Telus. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen's University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
