Cyrus James

Cyrus James currently serves as a Specialist in Learning and Development at Canada Goose since October 2022, focusing on global corporate learning initiatives and facilitating employee onboarding sessions. Prior to this role, Cyrus worked at Apple from August 2019 to November 2022, holding positions as a Genius and later as a Technical Expert, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Apple products and mentoring the technical team. Additionally, Cyrus spent time as an eLearning Developer at Ontario Power Generation from September 2020 to April 2021, collaborating with various teams to create tailored training solutions using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and iSpring. Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from York University.
