Jane Viernes is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at CanadaHelps since September 2013, Jane has held various managerial positions within the organization. Prior to this, Jane worked as a Senior Financial Accountant at UBS Global Asset Management from April 2003 to March 2013 and as an Accounting Analyst at Rogers Cable Inc. from July 2001 to March 2003. Earlier career experience includes the role of Audit Senior at Punongbayan & Araullo from 1995 to 1997. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Certified General Accountant with credentials from the Certified General Accountants of Ontario as well as being a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
