Johanna Lau is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Stakeholder Relations at the Canadian Accelerator & Incubator Network (CAIN), where leadership in government advocacy, team management, and strategic documentation is a focus. In addition, Johanna co-hosted a national summit for business accelerators and incubators, restructured member relations strategies, and contributed to a collaborative research project with MITACS. As a Research Assistant at McGill University, Johanna supports research on social enterprises and fair trade engagement strategies. Johanna holds the role of VP of ESG and Sustainability at ThisTown Farms, focusing on marketing, grant applications, and economic development collaboration. Previously, Johanna contributed as a Capital Program Analyst for the Government of Alberta, enhancing affordable housing programs, and as a Social Media Designer at Client Focused Marketing, where innovative content strategies were implemented. Johanna is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at McGill University, specializing in Social Enterprise Strategy, Operations Management, and Managing for Sustainability.
