David Chang

David Chang is an accomplished Application Architect and Technical Lead at the Canadian Institute for Health Information since August 2009. Prior experience includes roles as a Principal Software Engineer at Infor, where enterprise scheduling applications were developed for the health care and retail sectors, and as a Senior Java Developer at Workbrain, also focusing on workforce management solutions. David's earlier career involved software engineering at Acero and Secant Technologies, where contributions were made to genomics software environments and biological data modeling. Additional experience includes consulting for Incyte Genomics and providing technical expertise at AGENCY.COM. David holds a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 1999.
