Robin Goodall-Copestake

Robin Goodall-Copestake serves as the Manager of Education at the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) since June 2023, following a role as Manager of Education and Professional Development at the National Police Federation. Previous positions at CIHI included Leader of Learning Design, where Robin implemented an agile product design process enhancing team collaboration and learner engagement. Additionally, experience as a Learning Specialist at the Mental Health Commission of Canada included leading the development of blended training programs. A background in education includes roles at the University of Victoria and uOttawa, focusing on strategic planning, curriculum development, and support for students with disabilities. Robin holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and has certifications in Data Science and Adult & Continuing Education.
