We are a not-for-profit federation, managing six National Specialty Societies that deal with the management and prevention of neurologic conditions and diseases.

The CNSF Societies own the Canadian Journal of Neurological Sciences (CJNS).  A peer reviewed medical journal which is published and hosted through Cambridge Core.

The CNSF hosts a Canadian Congress with four days of accredited scientific courses to assist our members, and others, with their Continuing Professional Development and Maintenance of Certification.
