Chris Lee possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and process optimization within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at CNL since February 2010, Chris provides leadership in quality assurance programs, integrating business processes and managing oversight support across various services at the CNL Chalk River Site. Prior roles include Plant Technical Director at Ainsworth Engineered Canada LP, where Chris focused on workforce culture changes and Lean process improvements, and Plant Technical/Quality Manager at Weyerhaeuser, championing quality enhancements and process reliability initiatives. Chris's career began at Weyerhaeuser as a Certified Quality Assurance Technician and includes experience as a Construction Specialist at TCS Total Construction Solutions. Educational credentials include studies at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and Sir Wilfred Laurier High School.
