With over 20 years of experience in the field, Danielle Leclair has held various Human Resources roles. Danielle started their career at Gap as a Sales Associate before transitioning to University of Guelph as a Customer Service Representative. Danielle then moved on to Aecon Group Inc. where they progressed from a Training Administrator to Human Resources Director, managing all HR functions. In 2020, they started their own Human Resources consulting firm, H&R Consulting, before joining Canadian Nuclear Laboratories as their Human Resources Director in 2021.
Danielle Leclair completed their B.Comm in Human Resources at the University of Guelph from 2001-2005. Danielle then pursued a degree in Human Resources at Conestoga College from 2005-2008. Later in 2011, Danielle attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University to study Human Resource Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Strategic HR Leadership, Inclusive Organization Management, Interviewing for Diversity, Diversity Recruiting, CHRL, and Myers Briggs from various institutions.
