Muhammad Islam is a Senior Hydrogeologist at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories since January 2018, where responsibilities include conducting hydrogeological assessments, reviewing technical reports, and performing groundwater modeling studies. Prior to this role, Muhammad worked as a Freelance Consultant from July 2011 to December 2017, providing expert consulting services globally, and held positions at WESA Group Inc., EarthFX Inc., Century Consultants Oman, and the Institute of Water Modelling, where skills in hydrogeological analysis, modeling, and project management were developed. Muhammad holds an M.Sc. in Hydrology and Water Resources from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
