Florent Gardes

Florent Gardes is an experienced tax professional with extensive expertise in group tax management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group Tax Director at CANAL+ Group since January 2025, Florent previously held the same position at Vivendi from March 2023 to December 2024 and at Veolia from September 2010 to February 2023. Additional roles include Tax Director for Asia & Central and Eastern Europe and Head of Tax at Veolia, as well as positions at Landwell & Associés and FIDAL, where legal and tax advisory services were emphasized. Florent holds a DJCE - Magistere in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Montpellier and completed an Executive Seminar in Business Administration and Management at Veolia in 2019.
