Pete Underwood serves as chief technology officer of Live Oak Ventures, as well as co-founder of Apiture. In these roles, he develops and invests in cutting-edge technologies that are the foundations for the future of digital banking.
Previously, Pete Underwood was one of the principal founders and chief technology officer of nCino. In this role, he managed all development personnel, project planning and engineering budgets.
Pete spent 20 years developing and designing capital markets systems and core mission critical applications for financial firms. He was senior vice president of development at Wall Street Access and a developer and consultant at Credit X, ICE (via acquisition of TZero), Lord Abbett and Warburg Dillon Read investment bank.
