Khaled Fourati

Khaled Fourati is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in network and cybersecurity infrastructure and services, currently leading initiatives at CANARIE since September 2022. Previously, Khaled co-founded JoyVigo, Inc., where product development and market strategies were executed to address digestive health needs. As a Senior Project Manager at the World Wide Web Foundation, Khaled managed digital communications projects, enhancing stakeholder relationships and increasing external funding. A long tenure at IDRC involved managing a large portfolio of ICT projects across the Middle East and North Africa, fostering partnerships and facilitating project deployment. Khaled holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from Carleton University, an MBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami, and a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in International Business Strategy from GIBS Business School.
