Carolin Hanisch-Heindl is an experienced professional in the field of recruiting and employer branding, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting & Employer Branding at CANCOM since November 2007. In this role, Carolin oversees recruiting, staff planning, human resources marketing, employer branding, and onboarding, with a responsibility for personnel, results, and budget management. Previous positions at CANCOM include Chief Global Recruiting, where responsibilities extended to recruiting and employer branding across Germany and its subsidiaries, and Manager roles that focused on team development and the implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies. Earlier in Carolin's career, roles included Manager of IT Customer Support at BMS Systems GmbH and Specialist in Enterprise Account at BT. A sabbatical was taken from July 2003 to September 2005.
