Jacqueline started their career at William Grant & Sons in 2008 as a Customer Relations Co-ordinator, where they built strong customer relationships and managed sales orders. Jacqueline also handled a 12-month rolling customer forecast.
In 2012, Turner transitioned to the role of Demand Planning Analyst at William Grant & Sons. In this position, they drove global demand planning activities and managed a wide range of SKUs across multiple brand variants. Jacqueline was responsible for creating and maintaining an 18-month demand plan and collaborating with the commercial team to interpret sales plans and trends. Jacqueline also conducted monthly review meetings to manage short and long-term demand forecasts.
