Chell Stoddard is an experienced professional in renewable energy development, currently serving as Senior Land Agent for Avangrid Renewables since August 2016, where responsibilities include land management oversight and due diligence for wind and solar projects. Prior experience includes Project Manager for Atwell, LLC, focusing on building relationships and guiding new partners in renewable energy processes, as well as Renewable Energy Development Manager at RES America Developments Inc., managing all aspects of project development. Stoddard also held the role of Senior Project Manager at Duke Energy North America, overseeing the development of a 640 MW natural gas peaker plant, and worked as Senior Analyst for Coastal Power Company, coordinating fuel supply for various power facilities. Stoddard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, History, and International Relations from Brigham Young University.
