Joshua Berger has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Joshua started their career at Freed Developments in 2009, where they served as a Senior Analyst/Director of Finance for four years. In 2013, they joined Canderel Group as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became the Director of Investments for the Residential Group. Joshua then took on the role of Senior Director of Investments before being promoted to Vice President of Investments & Development. Joshua continues to work at Canderel Group in this position.
Joshua Berger completed their Bachelor's degree in BMOS at Western University from 2001 to 2005. Joshua then pursued further studies at the Schulich School of Business - York University, earning their MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Property Development from 2008 to 2009.
