Douglas K. Gordon is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Marley One since January 2023, Douglas leads the company, which operates under a global license from the estate of Bob Marley, focusing on functional and psilocybin-based mushroom products. As the founder of CanEx Jamaica, Douglas established the premier Cannabis Business Conference in the Caribbean, promoting networking and collaboration in the industry. Douglas previously founded ilovemobay, aimed at enhancing the social and economic vibrancy of Montego Bay, and served as CEO of Silo Wellness and Blue Wolf Media Inc., where responsibilities included producing print and TV content. Douglas began a career in finance as a commercial banker at Bank of America after earning a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
