Bruce Stebbins is currently serving as a Commissioner at the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission since January 2021. Prior to this role, Stebbins was a Commissioner for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission from April 2012 to January 2021, and held the position of Business Development Administrator for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts from September 2010 to March 2012. Stebbins has extensive experience in public service, having served as a City Councilor for Springfield from January 2006 to January 2010, and as a Member and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Springfield Technical Community College from 1998 to 2006, appointed by Governor Paul Cellucci. Additional experience includes being a School Committee Member in East Longmeadow from 1997 to 2004, and various roles in the Massachusetts Office of Business Development from 1992 to 1999. Stebbins also worked at The White House as Associate Director for Political Affairs from January 1989 to January 1991. Educational credentials include a degree from The George Washington University.
