Cannabis Control Commission
Steven Laduzinski serves as the Associate General Counsel at the Cannabis Control Commission since November 2020, following a longstanding career as a tax attorney from 2000 to October 2020. Steven obtained an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law between 2005 and 2007, and holds a JD/MBA in Law and Accounting from Tulane University, earned from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Steven obtained an MS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1990 to 1992 and a BA in Economics from Tulane University, achieved between 1987 and 1990.

The mission of the Cannabis Control Commission is to honor the will of the voters of Massachusetts by safely, equitably, and effectively implementing and administering the laws enabling access to medical and adult use marijuana in the Commonwealth.
