Clémence Guilhe began their work experience in 2018 as a Customer Service Trainee at Babymoov Group. In 2019, they worked as an Activity Support Intern at EF Education First. Starting in 2020, they joined Café du Cycliste, first as a Shop Assistant, then as a Marketing Intern, and later as a Marketing Assistant. In 2023, they joined Cannondale as an Inside Sales Representative for West Europe.
Clémence Guilhe completed their Bachelor of Applied Foreign Languages in English-Russian at Université Clermont Auvergne from 2016 to 2019. Clémence then pursued a Master's degree in Management of International Business at IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management) from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they also participated in an exchange program at Nottingham Trent University.
