Paul Dotsenko

Paul Dotsenko is a seasoned prototype technician and fabricator at Cycling Sports Group, where responsibilities include assisting product development through the creation of prototype designs, assembling and evaluating bikes, and maintaining a productive R&D lab environment. Previous experience includes co-creating and managing content for North Atlantic Dirt, serving as a freelance writer for Enduro Mountainbike Magazine, and holding a service manager role at Peoples Bicycle. As a production manager and head welder at FBM Bikes, Paul gained extensive knowledge of bicycle production processes and quality control while also contributing to product development initiatives. Paul’s background in the arts, evidenced by a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University, complements technical expertise in cycling and fabrication.
