Tom is our executive director of practice integration, focused on improving work delivery and connectivity among our offices. He leverages his more than 30 years of architecture and planning experience to develop and implement strategies and processes that support and foster our firm’s innovative culture. Specifically, he leads technology integration, digital practice, technical quality, construction administration and design work flow. He’s also the leader of our St. Louis office, which is a position he’s held for more than 17 years.
