In 2008, they worked for Road Group Holding (RGH) as the Director of Road Group Hong Kong and Concern Accountant. Pascal also had responsibilities for locations in Istanbul, San Jose, and Anguilla. From 2009 to 2016, Pascal worked at Oce - A Canon Company, first as the Manager of the Internal Audit Department and later as the Finance Manager of Software Companies. In 2012, they joined Alex van Groningen BV as a Docent, Training Business Valuation until 2016. Pascal then had a role as the Penningmeester at H.C. Scoop from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, they joined Canon Production Printing, starting as the Director of Financial Accounting and Control before becoming the Vice President of Finance and Accounting in 2020. Pascal's most recent work experience is at Sijthoff Media, where they serve as the Programmaraad Sijthoff Financiële Educatie since 2023. Additionally, they also hold the position of Extern docentbegeleider 4e jaars accountancy (afstudeerscripties) at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences since 2021.
Pascal Kremers RA completed their education at Nyenrode Business University from 1992 to 1999, earning a degree in Register Accountant / Information Technology. Before that, from 1988 to 1992, they studied Accountancy at Zuyd Hogeschool.
