Jon Southwell

Jon Southwell, PMP, serves as the Lead Technical Project Manager at Canoo since May 2022, overseeing the development and training of direct-report TPMs while managing project responsibilities. Previously, Jon held positions as Senior Program Manager and Project Financial Controller at XALT Energy, and Program Manager at Magna Electronics, where Jon focused on advanced driver-assistance systems and battery projects. Jon’s earlier roles included Technical Project Manager at Magna Electronics and Program Manager at Alpine Electronics, as well as Product Engineer at Nexteer Automotive and Project Engineer at Alps Automotive. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Northwood University and is a certified PMP.
