Peter Szadyr

Peter Szadyr is an experienced automotive design professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Body Engineer at Meyers Manx since January 2025, Peter also holds the position of Closures Engineer at Canoo since February 2018 and Designer Closures at Faraday Future since May 2016. Previously, Peter worked as a Senior Designer at VEHMA International, where responsibilities included supporting engineering projects with a focus on lightweight metal components. Peter's experience also includes roles at Aerotek Automotive and Chrysler Corporation, where contributions ranged from structural component design to advanced vehicle engineering and developing patented designs. Earlier in the career, Peter served in design leadership roles and applications engineering, contributing to HVAC systems for major automotive brands. Peter holds an Auto Design Certificate from the Bosca School of Automotive Design and has an educational background from Oakland Community College.
