Scott Melman

Scott Melman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at Canopy since July 2024. Prior to this, Scott held multiple leadership positions at Checkr, Inc., including Director of Data Acquisition & Operations, where responsibilities included improving product performance and driving cost savings through collaboration with various teams. Earlier experience includes roles at Earnest Inc. focused on portfolio management and data-driven pricing strategies, as well as a significant tenure at Innisfree M&A Incorporated, providing strategic advice on investor relations and shareholder engagement. Scott’s career began at the Chicago Trading Company and Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Education includes an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
