Andriy Bukatar is an accomplished professional in algorithmic trading systems development with extensive experience in the finance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Algorithmic Trading Development for both Equities and FX at Cantor Fitzgerald since June 2016, Andriy has previously held the position of Director of Algorithmic Trading Platform Development at FXAll/Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included designing global fault-tolerant low-latency trading systems and implementing trading strategies. Prior to that, Andriy was Vice President at Jefferies & Company, leading a team in the development of a low-latency electronic DMA system for equities trading. Andriy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Chernivtsy National University, Ukraine.
