John Novak

John Novak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for the Americas and Global Head of HR Operations at Cantor Fitzgerald since April 2024. Prior to this role, John held several key positions at Swiss Re, including Global Head of HR Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition, and CHRO for the Americas from August 2014 to December 2023. John's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, where John worked as Global Head of HR Management Information and held various positions as a Global HR Business Partner from September 2003 to August 2014. Additional experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Barclays Capital and ING Nederland, and earlier roles at Deutsche Bank and Grey Group. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics from Ithaca College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
