Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Litigation at Cantor Fitzgerald since March 2016, Nirav has held various roles, including Managing Director and Vice President - Assistant General Counsel at the firm. Prior to his tenure at Cantor Fitzgerald, Nirav was a litigator at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from July 2010 to February 2016, where responsibilities included managing litigation processes, examining witnesses, and conducting complex investigations across multiple industries. Nirav also practiced as a litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2007 to May 2010. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government and English Literature (Cum Laude) from Georgetown University.
