Dinar Oceanny Thalieb is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning and development, program management, and employee experience. Currently serving as the Global Onboarding Program Lead at Canva University since June 2022, Dinar previously held the position of Learning & Development Program Lead at Shopee, where responsibilities included end-to-end program management aimed at enhancing employee skills. Prior experience includes roles at Gojek, focusing on improving employee experiences across multiple countries, and at Blended Learning International as Program Manager, overseeing international education projects.
