Joan Magno

Joan Magno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as Group Lead for the Multimedia Group at Canva since February 2018, Joan focuses on innovating video, photo, and social media creation to enhance accessibility for businesses. Prior to this role, notable achievements include launching Canva Video across multiple platforms and monetizing mobile applications. Joan has also held significant positions at Kalibrr, where leadership in product design and development led to the successful launch of mobile apps and significant user growth. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and AIESEC, as well as business development at Hong Kong District. Joan holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University and has participated in a student exchange program in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore.
