Jordon Blackwell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Canva since March 2025, Jordon previously held the position of Director of Legal at Mission Cloud, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating diverse agreements, managing data security and privacy obligations, and advising senior leadership on compliance risks. Previous positions include Senior Corporate Counsel at E2open, where Jordon managed complex agreements and international IP portfolios, and roles at Hollister Legal Services, Nano, Flextronics, Tokyo Electron, and Constellation NewEnergy, where a wide range of legal services and contract management responsibilities were handled. Jordon holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and a BA in Mass Communication from Texas State University.
