Sophia Witherington

Sophia Witherington currently works at Canva as part of the Discovery Experiences Group, focusing on empowering design accessibility. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Fellowship at Startmate, where support was provided to entrepreneurs in building successful companies, and as Partner at Think and Grow, specializing in growth advisory, organisational design, and executive search for tech businesses. Additional roles include private equity executive search at The MBS Group, HR and operations at Yum! Brands, and various sales and customer service positions while studying psychology at the University of Glasgow. Recently, Sophia completed a formal HR qualification and has been exploring the Sydney startup scene while developing coding skills and knowledge in fintech.
