Mike works for 3M Company where he is the Vice President & General Counsel for the Consumer Business Group. In that role he leads a global legal team that advises on legal, regulatory, compliance, and related risk issues for manufacturing and selling consumer, safety, and professional products. Mike’s previous legal experience includes working for a large Midwest-based law firm and for the United States federal court system. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History, and a Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
Mike joined the Canvas Health Board of Directors in 2023 and serves on the Finance Committee. He also works with and supports several other community, charitable, and legal services organizations.
