Tom M. Novak is a seasoned professional in behavioral analysis and cultural insights, currently serving as a Senior Behavioural Analyst at Canvas8 since May 2021. With experience as a Cultural Insights Researcher from October 2019 to April 2021 and a Strategic Insights Consultant at Crowd DNA, Tom has developed a robust skill set in research and strategic planning. Previous roles include positions at The Sound: Exploration Strategy Innovation, pluralthinking, Flow Image, and Kantar Futures, showcasing a consistent focus on cultural insights and qualitative research. Tom's academic background includes an MSc in Social Research Methods from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Gender Studies from Central European University, complemented by a BA in Sociology from the University of Zagreb.
