John Papale currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Canvs AI, a position held since May 2024. With extensive experience in customer success roles, John has previously worked as Director of Customer Success at Parative Customer Orchestration System and as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software. Prior to these roles, John held various positions at Zappi, including Manager of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager, and contributed to the Customer Success Collective fellowship program. In addition to professional roles, John is an Executive Board Member of In A Heartbeat, Inc., focusing on raising awareness and funding for sudden cardiac arrest and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. John earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Economics, and Politics, both from Boston University.
