Phillip Mello is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in FPGA design, currently serving as a Senior FPGA Design Engineer at Canyon AeroConnect since February 2022. Prior to this role, Phillip held positions as a Senior FPGA Designer at Cobham Aviation Services and as an FPGA Design Engineer at Raytheon. Additional experience includes tenure at Leonardo DRS, Northrop Grumman Corporation, General Dynamics, and IBM Federal Systems, where Phillip contributed to significant projects across various aerospace and defense sectors. Educated with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, Phillip possesses a strong technical foundation in digital design and engineering.
