Lee Carman

Chief Lending Officer at CAP COM

Lee Carman has been active in financial services since 1993. As Chief Lending Officer (CLO), he oversees consumer, commercial, and real estate lending. Previously, Lee held leadership positions at National Union Bank of Kinderhook for almost nine years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Lending. During his time at the bank, he was a key contributor to its overall growth. This growth was driven by the development of efficient processes and significant commercial loan volume, and a streamlined residential loan process for applicants. Lee’s service to the community is also extensive, spanning board and committee seats for local non-profits, fundraising initiatives, and political representation on the Guilderland Town Board, as well terms as an Albany County Legislator.
