Klaus Rauhansalo is currently the Group CEO of CAP-Group Oy and Chairman of the Board at TE3 Oy since September 2023. Rauhansalo served as CEO of Footbalance System Group from June 2014 to September 2023, and prior to that held the position of CFO at Footbalance System Ltd from April 2012 to May 2014, where responsibilities included cash management, financial accounting, and strategic planning. Rauhansalo also acted as CFO at Xtract OY from December 2007 to March 2012, focusing on similar financial management duties. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Controller at Metso Automation and STX Europe. Rauhansalo holds a BBA in Finance from Haaga-Helia Business School of Economics and is pursuing an MBA in International Business Management at Hanken School of Economics.
