Stefano Finco is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail and business development across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Capatoast since November 2022, as well as a Business and Retail Consultant at Fink&Go, Stefano has a proven track record in driving omnichannel sales and operations. Previous positions include Sales Director Europe at Bata Group, where responsibility encompassed sales and margin across multiple channels, and Group In-store Innovation Director at Bata Shoe Organization, coordinating commercial plans for a network of 5,000 stores. With a solid foundation in store management from earlier roles at Bata Italy and UPIM, complemented by a degree in Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, Stefano has consistently delivered record results and implemented successful commercial strategies throughout a dynamic career.
