Neil Hunsworth

Neil Hunsworth is currently the HR Director at Capco, where Neil develops and delivers HR strategic priorities across Europe. Neil also holds the position of Associate Director - HR, with responsibilities including global performance management, reward management, recruitment strategy development, and leadership of D&I priorities. In the past, Neil has served as the Head of HR - UK&I at SThree and led employee engagement & internal communications at Which?. With a strong educational background in Human Resources and Politics/International Relations, Neil has a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles across various companies.
