Melissa Fay is the Director of Operations at Cape Cod Healthcare in the Behavioral Health Department. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions such as Manager of Operations and Administrative Assistant ll within the same department. Melissa also has experience as a Lead Caregiver at Private Duty and as a Certified Nursing Assistant at various healthcare facilities. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Regis College.
