Keith Bashaw is a Business Intelligence Specialist at Cape Resorts since 2012. Prior to that, Keith worked as a Real Estate Consultant at B & A Associates from 2017 to 2019, and as a Development Executive at Cape Advisors, Inc. from 2002 to 2012. With an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University, Keith also has experience in the financial sector as a Vice President at Bear Stearns & Co., an Equity Options Trader at both Gotham Private Capital LLC and Timber Hill Group LLC.

In 1995, Mr. Bashaw teamed up with Craig Wood and formed Cape Advisors to acquire the iconic Congress Hall and restore it as the heart and soul of Cape May. Their partnership has spanned 20 years with Craig focusing on New York residential development and Curtis on hospitality. New projects soon followed, including the Beach Shack, Sandpiper and Star Inn in Cape May and the 67 room Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor which opened in May of 2015.
