Heath Rush is a seasoned systems engineer with extensive experience in military simulation and testing environments. Currently serving as Systems Engineer III at CAPE Technology Solutions, LLC since June 2022, Heath previously held the role of Senior Principal Test Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where contributions included supporting the US Army’s JLCCTC program and mentoring junior engineers. Prior to that, Heath worked for Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer and Team Lead, focusing on Mission Command stimulation and Live Virtual Constructive Integrating Architecture. Heath also managed a $2M housing service contract at VINCI and began an IT career as an intern at Kansas City Kansas Community College. Heath holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Park University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Saint Mary.
