Benjamin Bissen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in RF manufacturing and testing, currently serving as the Lead RF Manufacturing Engineer at Capella Space since January 2022. Prior to Capella Space, Benjamin held positions at Honeywell as an Electrical Engineer II, optimizing electro-optical sensing products, and at the Missouri Institute for Defense and Energy as a Lead Research Specialist, where significant cost savings were achieved in defense contracts. Benjamin's technical expertise is complemented by a solid foundation in political science and government, holding degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Physics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
