Previously, O'Connell held prominent positions including Managing Partner at Seraphim Capital, CEO of OneWeb, and Founder and CEO of GeoEye. O'Connell's extensive education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Trinity College-Hartford.
