Heidi Squier

Heidi Squier has extensive experience in management and operations within the educational and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Associate Manager in Advising Support and Admissions and Records Operations at Capella University, Heidi leads a team of 15 Transfer Credit Evaluation Representatives, focusing on change management, coaching, and continuous improvement. Previous roles at Capella include being a Subject Matter Expert for graduate-level transfer credit evaluations and evaluating transcripts. Additional experience includes managing a supply store at The Art Institutes and roles in customer service at First National Bank of Elk River. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University and an Associate in Arts from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
