Florentina started their career as an Audit Semi Senior at Deloitte Romania from August 2008 to December 2010.
Florentina Francu has a diverse education history. Florentina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking, and Stock Exchange from Academia de Studii Economice din București in 2008. Florentina then pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the same institution, completing it in 2010. Following that, they became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2012 after completing their ACCA degree. In 2013 and 2018 respectively, they passed Levels I and II of the CFA exams from the CFA Institute. In 2018, they attended the Institute of Project Management and obtained a degree in Project Management Professional. In 2022, they received a certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from the University of Cambridge.
